Halo Tournament: Deakin vs Monash

Firstly, entry requirements have changed to make it easier to compete: there will be no entrance fee, and teams may include up to two people from outside uni.
Secondly, we have a firm date and location:

I only just got a reply from a uni student saying he would be in our team and then went to register and registration is close. Is there anyway we can still play? Our team is ready an psyched.
